tính hoá học cao nên dễ dàng kết hợp với nhau để tạo pha mới. Việc hình thành
pherit
spinen khi nghiền Fe
3
O
4
và Zn xảy ra sớm và thuận lợi hơn so với nghiền -Fe
2
O
3
và
ZnO còn do nó có cấu trúc lptm giống của -Fe
2
O
3
nên tốn ít năng lượng hơn khi thiết
lập cấu trúc mạng tinh thể.
• Khi nghiền Fe
3
O
4
và Zn trong môi trường khí bảo vệ: Theo giản đồ Ellingham, trong
điều kiện nghiền này có thể xảy ra phản ứng nhiệt kim: Fe
3
O
4
+ 4Zn = 3Fe + 4ZnO.
Các sản phẩm này (Fe + ZnO) không bị thay đổi trong quá trình nghiền tiếp theo.
II. Trên cơ sở các kết quả thu được về ảnh hưởng của thay đổi thời gian nghiền
cũng như nguyên
liệu ban đầu đến sự hình thành pherit spinen, chúng tôi đưa ra một số kiến nghị
sau:
Trong quá trình nghiền, ngoài việc làm nhỏ hạt, nhỏ tinh thể, tạo pha mới, tích
luỹ biến
dạng, … còn có thể làm thay đổi phân bố các ion vào các lỗ hổng 4 mặt và 8 mặt.
Do đó vấn
đề này cần được nghiên cứu sâu hơn và cần các phép đo có độ chính xác và tin cậy
cao như:
phổ Mossbauer, tán xạ nơtron, …
